Carrie Morris is a collaborative personal and professional development coach with over 20 years of corporate, retainer-based talent acquisition and organizational leadership experience. Equally dedicated to facilitating her clients' exploration toward personal and talent-driven leadership, Ms. Morris has collaborated with Fortune 500’s leading clinical, hospitality and leisure brands, helping to assess organizational dynamics, leadership goals, the competitive landscape specific to each organization, and resulting talent acquisition road map.

Her career development practice, affords professionals on the brink of a mid-career transition, as well as those returning to the workforce after a short or extended absence, a range of career design and talent assessments, including The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®). As a Certified Practitioner, Ms. Morris also offers college-bound and graduate students an innovative approach to their organizational & career exploration process, helping students understand and verify their preferred learning style, agility and most authentic expression of their developing leadership style in the workplace.
